Program Planning:
We will work with you in conceptualizing
and designing your program plan, to bring your idea into
reality. Fees for this service vary from $3,000 - $10,000
based on the complexity of the project and the work required.
Internet Presence Development
Consulting:
Whether you have a business or a
non-profit organization, we will assist you in creating the
necessary infrastructure and developing an Internet site,
establishing a list of faithful readers, and marketing
your products and services to create a growing income stream.
Fees for this service vary from $5,000 - $20,000.
Government Relations:
We will represent your organization to
appropriate government agencies for a specific project.
Fees vary from $3,000 - $10,000, plus expenses, based on
complexity of the project and the work required.
Grant Writing:
Consulting fee for preparing grant
proposals presented by the client varies from $3,000 to $10,000
and up.
Actual fee varies according to factors such as the lead time to
prepare the proposal, and the complexity of the project.
Consultant makes no guarantee of success in receiving funding,
and client understands that all grant proposals are dependent
upon final decision of the funder.
Technical and Editorial Support:
We will provide technical assistance and
editorial support on proposals prepared internally by your
organization. This service is provided on an hourly basis
at $150/hour, with a ten-hour minimum advance.
Grant Resource Research:
For any individual project, we will
provide a customized search of 20,000 foundations and
corporations, along with searches of federal and state grant
databases supported as appropriate by telephone and internet
research. The fee for this service is $3,500.
Personalized Grant Resource Profile and
Proposals:
We will provide a personalized report for
your organization of foundations and corporations whose giving
criteria may be a match for your project; write a proposal; and
prepare applications for the five most promising identified
funders for a fee of $5,500, or for ten identified funders for
$6,500, for a single project.
Non-Profit Incorporation Service:
We will work with you to conceptualize
your non-profit idea, and complete necessary paperwork to
incorporate your non-profit organization. Service includes
Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, application for state tax
exemption (if required) and completion of IRS paperwork to
obtain a 501(c)3 determination letter. Fee is $5,000, and
client is responsible for filing fees.
Billing
Policies:
Flat Fee Agreements:
In the case of flat fee agreements under
$3,500, client will make full advance payment. If the
agreed upon fee exceeds $3,500, client will provide a deposit
of 50%, with the remainder payable prior to delivery.
Retainers:
We also work under retainer
agreements, with monthly retainers generally from $3,000, against
an hourly rate of $225. Retainer agreements may include
research on potential funders, preparation of grant proposals,
and access to ongoing consultation.
Expenses:
All expenses are
billed at cost plus 15%. Estimated travel and associated
expenses are billed and payable in advance.
