Participants in e-classes conducted by GrantMeRich.com receive the following guarantee:  If during the first week following receipt of Lesson One, the participant decides for any reason whatsoever not to participate further in the class, and within the first seven days of the class informs Jillian Coleman by email at jillian@grantmerich.com, all tuition paid will be refunded in full.  The participants further agree that all refunds will be paid in full not through credit card refunds or charge backs, but by a company check from GrantMeRich.com.  Beyond seven days after the start of the class, there will be no refunds under any conditions.  One return is allowed per participant; should student re-enroll, there will be no further refunds extended.

Power Your Business with Free Money! is a class on researching and writing grants, and Create Your Own Non-Profit is a class with information on establishing a non-profit community organization.  No representations or warranties, express or implied, are made guaranteeing success for the participant in securing any grant funds.  The participant understands that his or her success depends on several factors, including the strength of the project involved and the effort put forth by the participant in research and contacting funders.  No lesson provides legal advice, and participants are encouraged to have an attorney in their area review of all materials related to establishing a non-profit corporation.

The New American Land Rush: How to Buy Real Estate with Government Money is a home study course on investing in real estate.  No representations or warranties, express or implied, are made guaranteeing success for the participant in acquiring property.  The participant understands that his or her success depends on several factors, including the effort put forth by the participant in locating and negotiating the purchase of real estate properties.  No lesson provides legal advice, and participants are encouraged to have an attorney in their area review any real estate documents and/or transactions.

Refund policy is as follows:  Keep this home study course up to one full year, and try it for yourself.  If you use the program and apply for a government real estate grant or loan program - and are turned down - simply return the product, along with a copy of your proposal and a letter of denial from the agency, and we will cheerfully return to you 100% of the cost of the course at time of purchase. No other refunds apply.

Resolution of Disputes

Participant/customer hereby agrees that any disputes between the parties involving interpretation of the terms of this agreement shall be submitted to mediation, and that any mediation or litigation resulting from a dispute will be conducted in Texas and decided according to the provisions of Texas law.
